I forgot to mention that the Hornets are playing great as well. They like the Warriors were bubble teams to make the playoffs in a lot of the pre-season mags.

Watch out for me posting about the trailblazers again! Made the hornets look like the timberwolves.
I might be ready to post about the Celtics again - after just beating up on mostly second-rate teams for the past few weeks, they finally get a tough stretch in the schedule where we can see what they're made of.
3 games in 5 nights against Detroit, Chicago and Orlando.
They're all at home, which is sweet, but that 12-0 home record is going to be tested hard.

Wednesday can't get here fast enough. This is worth putting something on, no?

I just think you should drive up to boston for the game
This is the best team they've had in the past 5 years. Despite D'Antoni working out the kinks, I think Brian Skinner and Grant Hill give Phoenix the stronger edge it needs. If Diaw can step up his play, the team will continue to steamroll the giants.

This is probably an example of the NBA making an easy schedule for a bad team before they were helped out by Kevin McHale.
K.O.B.E. is goona be in Haarlem signin autographs at the HoopsHype/Foot Locker store on Saturday. He'll be promoting his new Kobe Zoom 3. They look off the chain - on some ole Spider-Man steez. I fox w/ it. Ill be at work, may Faux Rillz can get some camera phone shots for me?

I'd still be weary about giving up 104/game.
For fast break teams like the Suns points allowed is not a good stat to use for defense because there are simply way more possessions and shots put up in their games compared to the average ones. Looking at opponent FG%, steals and others like that would probably be better.
The important thing about a fast break team is how well they play against good defensive teams. If they can get their half court set going, they can still score when the defense stops their run. Most of these run & gun teams can't do that, which is why a team like the Spurs ends up on top. You can run all season but if you go up against a team that knows how to stop the run, you better be able to play in a half court set and/or play some serious defense.

Yup, which is why last night's game was impressive because Grant Hill, Marion, Skinner, and even Diaw / Amare were playing at least some defense against the Spurs last night. As long as Barbosa and Nash are shooting well, the Spurs are gonna have a tough time going up against this year's Suns.
And can I get an AMEN For this years Lakers v Suns on Xmas day? Schitt is gonna pop off for sure!!!

That might be true. But defense tends to tighten up in the post-season and when transition opportunities become scarce and jumpers start missing, then you're in trouble. I'm just a firm believer in the other end of the court.

#26 in defense, giving up 104 per game.
#5 in point differential behind Boston, Detroit, SAS, and LAL.
Factor in the past 5 years of playoff achievement.
You do the math.
