Always really enjoy your mixes! Looking forward to this one as well. Thanks

Because I love the smell of cat pee and the idea of winning the lottery and still not being able to buy happiness

Love the board and the people on it still. Bring back the "ISH" features- that would be rad. But if more work is not what you're trying to get into RAJ than maybe there's some way to pair down the some of the site features.

Kinda related: I've been buying up vintage steamer trunks for dolls. Lots of vintage wood construction with nice metal corners. With some careful looking/measuring I've managed to find ones with the right dimensions for 45's. Super sturdy, ni…

I've been mispronounced and also misquoted, wow- it's hell trying to be correct. But, right now I want to put everything to together and say feel my soul, feel my soul, 'cause it's coming at you right now. Feel my soul.

Abner Jay "Swaunee Water and Cocaine Blues" on one turntable and a local gospel 45 I'm on the fence about on the other.

Only ever see regular free flowing liquor in Columbia (no small bottles). You can't smoke in bars.

I really like Columbia. I live about an hour away in GA but have found lots of cool like minded folks in that town. It has a little more to offer culturally then a lot of other college towns. Papa Jazz is a great record store and there is a annual r…

I've only been to Mexico City and Managua out of the ones you posted and Mexico City seems more "westernized" by far, but I had more fun in Managua and enjoy Nicaragua as a country a whole lot more too!

Not sure if it explains much, but if I remember correctly they departed the label around the same time Motown left Detroit. And I agree about the later records, I've been playing out both "Feel Free" and "I Can't Hold on Much Longer" for the …

Found a copy of Eddie Billups Shake Off That Dream (Garpax version) at an antique spot today on my lunch break! Which was awesome because I was salty about one going for next to nothing on ebay the other week (Agent 45 I'm looking at you)

I live in the same town this band is from... These people might be idiots, but it's safe to say they couldn't imagine that people would be offended by their name. I'd be more offended by their crappy music...

I had some luck at an Antique Mall the few times I was up there. Sleepy Poet or some goofy name like that. But yeah wax museum is the most proper actual record store. But not really a great record town from my experiences.
