I was looking forward to seeing some nice shoes from New Balance this year, but I think the good folks who've designed their latest offerings have been taking too much acid. I don't need a fucking comic book on my feet, or taxi cab graphics, or playing cards, or a big dragon either. That's some kindergarten shit. shit, thats right. Those colors threw me off I guess. Are you pretty familiar with the older Nike running shoes(70s-early 80s type shit)? Waffles and shit like that, ya know. If so..i need to hit you off with a picture or two to see if you can ID them. I know I sold a very similar pair that I bought for a couple bucks for around $150-170 or so a few yrs back(and those were pretty much new as well..maybe tried on or something..but showed a few spots that resulted naturally from aging. I am hoping maybe I got lucky again. Also, if any others have knowledge of these shoes, gimme a holla..maybe you can help as well. I will have pics ready today/night.

Nike has re-released the vintage waffle runners w/ a deliberate aging steez. They look cool but I dont know if I can freak them. That 70's porno-mustache/high sweatsock/ironT-shirt/dickfoot/look is suspect.
