Got this recently on the cheap, but I've never seen it for sale before. What's this worth, anyone? It's disco-hop from 1983, with a nice instrumental version on the flip. Was this a NYC release?

I heard it sells for RE-diculous sums of money... as in four figures ($1300 or so?). Anybody up on this at all, have scans, sound clips, anything? I think it's like modern soul or something.
