THAT is the trade the Knicks should have made. Congrats to all 3 of the Nets fans, great deal for them.

    I disagree.

Deron and Stat < Melo and Stat.

Stat and Melo just need a very good PG down the line. Theyre shoting for CP3 dwon the line.

    good. fuck that guy.
hope his old-man bullying ass toils in mediocrity for the next few seasons.

why all the hate on deron (don't love him just wondering)

also now the east has a bunch of ''the big 3'' teams
    NYC,MIA,CHI,BOS
ATL & ORL would like to think so but no
it will make for good playoff basketball however the rest of the east can't compete for a while

I'm not seeing how the Nets build from here.

This all looks like a lot of jockeying to be the #2 team in the East behind the Heat after the Celtics age out, but I still think that team will be Chicago unless the Celtics can reload. I don't like Billups for the Knicks at all. He's no longer a point guard, but then he never really was.

Carmelo has regressed and it's too late in his career to expect him to pick up his defense or rebounding skills.

The Knicks don't have the 3rd. Billups doesn't cut it.

The Celtics are a Big 4 team now.

Are you in the "Deron forced a 70 year old out the league" camp?

Bulls , Atlanta, Miami, and Orlando should remain at the top.

The Knicks should be right below w/ the Nets hoping to grow fast.

Since he was traded against his will, it now lies in the hands of the Nets to try and keep him.

What the hell can you say about the Clippers? Dumping Baron Davis and their 1st rounder for Mo Fucking Williams? Can that really happen?

Baron Davis wasnt the future anyway so they dump his bad contract for an even worse one and younger PG.

Laker/Bulls Finals is pretty much a lock now

    b/w

I like this Clippers trade....Mo is a nice point guard off the bench and now they have enough pieces and cash to go after a legit starting guard over the summer....Baron was the major weakness on that team besides Del Negro.....don't be fooled by Davis' stats..dude is washed.

The happiest person in the entire deal must be Mo. Ever since LeBron left he'd probably been wondering how in the world he would get out of Cleveland without getting his jersey burned.

mo is fool's gold. dude is terrible. turn over machine. worse than baron. got rid of the contract for another untradeable contract. it was a wash of a trade.

gerald wallace to the blazers for przybilla. great players, but why now for portland? they're really hurting for front court depth. i really hope they aren't counting on oden coming back next year and having an impact.

thunder got nazr mohammed for nothing. that team is looking to get BIG.

I will not be shocked at all if Baron pulls a Plaxico to get out of reporting to CLE. He was barely motivated to play on the Clips with talented teammates, he will be sinking to Vin Baker-esque levels on the CAVS.

    Good.

We already have 5 wing players, unless they plan on unloading Dunleavy in the offseason.

Mayo is too small for me tastes.

Would have been cool to see Jamison get dealt to the Warriors. Heard it was close to going down. Sorta feel bad for the guy, playing for the shitty Wizards, traded to Cleveland when it looked on the up-and-up and then left there to stew in a dumpy diaper. Truth be told, though, part of my personal motivation for that trade was having a few more pieces to run with Golden State on NBA 2K11  I just can't do it right now, too thin.
