Greg Oden (#1 overall pick) out for the season. Bynum averaging a double-double. Shaq to the Suns. Kobe stays in LA. Portland with a crazy run for a minute. Boston tops in the east. Chris Paul having a breakout season.
I was expecting more monster jams from Amare but Perk and KG were clogging the lane. It was definitely getting chippy in the first 1/2. I hope Barbosa is okay.
Cetics could have pulled it off if Pierce and Allen were shooting on target.

It also would've helped if the Celts hadn't been running fast breaks that would embarrass a middle-school JV team. They ran some 3-on-2s that were downright comical.
We'll see how it works. As of now it's a rough start. Game 1 1-7 on 3s.
So what do ya think of Grant Hill's season w/ the Suns?
I think he's been very important.
Grant Hill has provided consistency on the offensive and defensive end all season at the 3 spot. (diaw has never been consistent there, and marion was consistent, but against most opponents, was matching up against the 4)
old man still has some game left in his horrifically fragile ankles. As long as dude can stay healthy, he'll provide some strong play in the playoffs.
GENE, STOP BEING NIT PICKY LIKE THAT. YOUR TEAM IS DOWN THE DRAIN. THAT'S WHY YOU MAD. LAKERS HAVE EVERYTHING. YO TEAM IS LIKE A SUGARY DONUT. ALL KINDS OF GOODNESS ON THE OUTSIDE. BIG OLD HOLE IN THE MIDDLE.

I don't think many predicted much of that.
DEAL
Just watched the late night replay (didn't know the score)
we got by the the Suns, son.
0-3 on the west coast swing =
We played better without an injured KG
than we do with a recovering one. But the
Suns are also just really really really good.
Definitely.
The Suns are better than everyone expected.
Shaq was on some "I dont give a fuck" attitude in Miami after the Championship.
Dude looks mad HUNGRY.
Garnett and Stat went at it last night....gotdamm
latte pas
its been hot all season dude.
bynum,garnett,shaq,portland,webber,kobe,etc.....its been heat since opening day.
Word, but you have to admit: This late season drive to the playoffs has been one of the most competitive in years..

Wasnt Hill on the floor w/ Marion as well?
Grant Hill is straight up ballin'. Reminds me of when he was the poster child for the NBA, back in Orlando.
When Bynum comes back do start Odom at the small forward?
Tough question...either way, our team is deep!
Sigh.
But he was the hottest ticket in town!
No, that would be Sacramento with Jason Williams at the helm.
