Admitedly, I don't buy nearly as many records as most of the posters here. I used to buy more, but I've had to cut back lately due to financial limitations. I'm also trying to stop buying anything and everything that I can afford and might like, opting instead to buy things that are a little bit more pricey but that I know I will enjoy. Umm... that Mendes record is not a good example though... it's a turd. But it's got a cover of With A Little Help From My Friends and I had to hear how it sounded.
I think my main interest in this board is the production and general music dialogue that goes on. I started lurking and reading threads about that sort of stuff, but now I'm admitedly just as hooked on the complete off topic convos that go down. This place is also my source for interesting youtube clips to impress my friends with...
