crackhead business completely aside, it sounds like muliple people who post here regularly can confirm that K has been engaging in bad record business beyond the pale of reasonable conduct for a long time now. Why is this the first time it's coming out? This is no doubt what is fueling this whole thread to reach new levels of ugliness with every page. I brought this up already in a W*x*d*rmy thread about this situation, but why are people so sqeamish about airing out bad business like this? I realize that everyone has little friends who will e-jump you - I of all people have experienced this - but I believe it would have more or less nipped this situation we have here in the bud...

It's better to say you stole while in clutches of drug addiction vs just being straight clepto. There is clearly still a stigma associated with addiction. As if it has more in common with being a degenerate criminal vs a person with a disease.

Nobody puts people on blast like this until there is no other recourse. Nobody made this thread in the past because he is a decent dude who at worst could manage his time better. Any time I had an issue with anything I brought it up with him and was sorted. I've never had any cause to even participate in a thread such as this. At least, that's what we all thought.
I expect that most people have lives, jobs, and other obligations that might prevent them from jumping up and mailing my record. Even I, selling records for a living, have a couple packages that were supposed to go yesterday but will have to wait until tomorrow. I expect a certain amount of "give a fuck-ness" but things happen.

If it was just a matter of slowness, I'd agree with you JP, but there are several people in this thread that are saying he claims to never have recieved payment/trades, etc. How often does this actually happen? Not too often. And some of this is going back years now...

Putting people on blast on this board just invites instant beef with 20 bystanders who are sticking up for their pal irrespective of the facts. Plus, it's only when all the stories come together that the pattern emerges so don't be too pissed that folk didn't publicly call out K before this.
