Hey G*ry... it's "Bollocks". Slang for testicles. It can mean good or bad, depending on context.
"It's THE bollocks" = good.
"It's the dog's bollocks" = very good (see "Donkey's knob")
"He's got some bollocks doing that" = he has some bravery.
"He's talking absolute bollocks" = he's full of shit.
"It's bollocks" = bad
I guess it's like when something is shit, or theee shit.
