I think I have to echo the sentiments of 'Arnold Palmer' in the FACT comments section. Photek fell-off like Robert Maxwell, and he used to be peerless. Just tell me he isn't singing over the top of any of this.
He does have a new lp coming out doe. It's not too bad.

I liked Solaris, if that's what your hating on. I dispute the notion that he "fell off", i think he was pretty much consistent throughout his career, though obv we could debate the merits of form and function vs modus operandi etc. He went away but that was to do hollywood movie soundtracks.

The Soft Sell..
This is a live all 45 mix made with one turntable and a loop pedal. It was constructed for Red Bull's 45 night on October 27 2008 in LA. This mix includes some cutting room floor ideas from The Hard Sell (DJ Shadow and I on 8 turntables and two loop pedals) and elements from what would later be part of my one turntable/loop pedal live mix CD "Sound Of The Police", which is out now.
