As far as ketchup goes...the only thing I can think of that I like ketchup on is meatloaf.
and as far as fried seafood goes...malt vinegar and/or hot sauce. Malt vinegar for battered cold water fish, hot sauce for breaded catfish and other warm water fish. If the tartar sauce has dill, i'm good, if not..meh.
