All other things being equal, I can't see Boston losing the last two, particularly game 7, on home court. So yeah, I think it mattered.

I don't it think it made much difference.......Before Game 7 Boston/LA played 17 games against each other with pretty much the same players and coaching staffs......HCA really doesn't exist after that many playoff/prime time games

if it mattered at all it was Game 1...Boston had to travel cross country with almost no rest and older players....but Game 2 probably erased that
