how is this? any vocoder on it? i have m.p.g. rap by them which is pretty lame except for the fact that it credits dre for additional programming or drum mixing.
It's average. I copped on for $1 a while back, wouldn't have wanted to pay much more. Maybe it's raer, but it's not as hot as some of the other shit on that label!!!
^How is this? I've seen this before and passed on it.
My finds (all 45s for ~$.75 each):

I quite like it.
Florida psych group w/ lots of nice fuzz guitar / percussion- some funkier moments but overall a great listen. I'm keeping one. I have a spare for sale or trade for any interested.
After 14 months of searching I finally got this... it was a little more than I wanted to pay, but from what I hear it NEVER turns up at any price... Anyone else heard it... it's 101%
DAMN that shit looks dope! Don't have realplayer so I couldn't check the clips. Does this have "Cat" on it? That's the only cut I've heard from him and a favorite of mine.
Tony Allen - NEPA (Celluoid) The Flaming Lips - Unconsciously Screamin EP (Restless)
and the one I need info on:
"Putt Putt Golf Courses of America Present Gee Gee Shinn and His Band" A Lousisiana Swinging Medallions type band in the cover jamming on the putt putt course with two drummers and horns. Covers of "Soul Finger" "Show Me" "Groovin" "Lonely Bull" and more. Thift store come up.
Was in England this past week. Just coming back to the States today. Here's what I found at the Saturday market on Portobello Road:
45's: - the Crickets on Liberty (UK pressing - this was after Buddy Holly died)
LP's: TAMI LYNN - Love Is Here & Now You're Gone(Cotillion) TIMMY THOMAS - The Magician(Glades) SWEET APPLE - s/t (Columbia - from the looks of things, an interracial rock-soul group, ca. '71 or '72; hope this doesn't turn out to be bad fusion!) JOHNNY ROBINSON - Memphis High(Epic - reissue) Gordon's War soundtrack (Buddah - reissue) KING HANNIBAL - Truth (Aware) H.P. RIOT - s/t (Concept - anybody know anything about this? haven't played it yet, but apparently this is a funk band on some Canadian label...on top of that, the cover sez "as advertised on radio & television")
H.P. RIOT - s/t (Concept - anybody know anything about this? haven't played it yet, but apparently this is a funk band on some Canadian label...on top of that, the cover sez "as advertised on radio & television")
Bay Area group. Think Hunter's Point hood of SF to be exact. Integrated band like a lot of the Bay with a Filipino, white and black players.

The Cat track is from the Rising Sun lp (Polydor 76). The Unicorn record does look real nice, imo its a one tracker album though,... Unicorn Lady has a funky midtempo fusion groove with George Cables on e-piano with wah pedal = dope... The rest of the lp is not my kinda steez... Would like to know which other Three Blind Mice records that are dope ???

P.S. Those Motta 78's are worth bueno coin if you ever decide to list it.
on Pama?
are there cats meowing at the beginning?
this tune is great and funny.
No, this is by Dennis Walks. Apparently "Margaret's Dream" was a sequel to "Margaret".
BTW, I wish I could post audio because four or five of the best dub 45s I got are white labels with no song/artist info.
