I think these are part of a whole Quannum run. They all have their own shoe and I believe all proceeds go to a charity. I'm not really feeling the shoes but I'm all for the idea.
I can post pics and info later tonight. (Posting from iPhone-related.)
Teaming up over the Holidays, premier San Francisco boutique, Shoe Biz, hooked up with Quannum Records for a special pack of Reebok Ventilators. The set consists of four different models influenced by some of the Bay Area???s iconic Hip-Hop acts including Blackalicious (Gift of Gab and Chief Xcel), DJ Shadow, and Latyrx (Lateef The Truthspeaker and Lyrics Born). The pack holds an important underlying theme as all proceeds from the sales will benefit Moms Against Poverty orphanages in Darfur.[/b]

Don't miss out on your chance to grab this very special limited item. Included with the sneaker is the Quannum Stone Cold Winter Volume 1 Mix CD, which has tracks by some of your favorite Quannum stars. The CD is mixed by Matthew Africa. [/b]
whilst i cant say i dig most of the pumps (michael chang tennis being the exception to the rule) i love the ers 2000 and the ventilators in the right colors, I like this pack admittedly the shadow ones are fairly bland though

Does anyone know whether the CD is available sans the sneakers? I don't really wear sneakers, but I'd be glad to listen to a Matthew Africa Quannum mix CD.
You are harshed because these shoes are MOR and it's DJ shadow so you expect what? S
These are perfectly all right shoes. Not much exceptional, but not much wrong. If I were to design a shoe it would probably be along similar lines. I like the mellow approach.
