I turned to the prospective juror next to me and commented, "Well, this won't take too long."b, 21b, 21A simple open juror questionnaire later, and I was recused. As it was a Med-Mal case, it was probably the only laugh the court got for 2-3 weeks.b, 21b, 21And thank god for those extra WSJ Friday puzzles I save for rainy days.
