Just read this interview with Josh Howard and came away with even more respect for the guy. But Dallas fans, whaddya think about this?
What about Mark Cuban's antics on the sidelines? Dirk Nowitzki has suggested it might not be good for the team. You think it hurts the team?
Yeah. Put yourself in the referee's shoes. He's there constantly yelling. The coach is yelling. The crowd is yelling. Sometimes players are yelling. That's a lot. Plus he sends those video tapes in to the league. I understand he wants what's best for our team. I have no problem with it. But at the end of the day, it does hurt our team.
I think he's spot on......his comments about "weed" were too.
Secondly, that's irrelevant (which does not surprise me).
Third, nobody in the Lakers organization knows your name, so it'd be wise to keep that in mind when railing against anyone who criticizes (OK, even straight up disses) your faaavorite team.

You know you liked that volleyball move by the greatest player on earth. Don't even front on that one.

As Charles Barkley said during halftime "He aint jordan, but he's the closest thing we've got." This is some david and goliath type shit here. The suns are soo much better than the lakers, but kobe is just too good to go out in a sweep. I think the lakers have their hands full in game 4, but kobe is the mvp of the league, give that man another sneaker, he's too good for just 1.
Someone please get an mpeg of that play in the first half where kobe made shawn marion fall on his ass.
While the Suns had a high scoring first quarter and a ton of assists, the Lakers had something like 10 offensive boards by the end of the 1st. I had a feeling they would come alive and take this one, and I'm glad they did. I hope for this series to be a good one and going down 0-3 wouldn't have made it so.
Also, in regards to Bynum, I think that is one young piece of the team that shows a lot of promise. I would not get rid of the kid. He is only 18, he's 7'1", and he's going to be the next low post scoring threat on the lakers. If he is conditioned right, he's going to be a pretty big asset to the team. He needs to become a bit stronger among other things, but he's so young right now. And he's being training by KAJ. That's a bonus.

Did you see the Amare block to alley-oop?
someone gonna go up 3-0
No Beef, Just Fact.....
For the first half of the year Kobe had really stepped up his overall game.
He was looking for the open man and just about everyone who watched him recognized it and commented on it.
Then came that stretch where he scored 50+ and since that time the dude looks like he's allergic to assists.
You don't just forget how to pass nor do teams scheme defenses to keep someone like Kobe from passing.
I suspect it's bad chemistry within the team.
Honestly, if I were a Laker fan I would be discouraged and would expect a major overhaul.
good enough to make the playoffs and go one and done but not bad enough to get to the lottery.
im sure holding onto andrew bynum when those trade talks involving garnett and kidd look real bad now.
Fuck off. We're trying.
Herein lies your problem.
Consider these negative factors:
Triangle offense
undeveloped 22 year olds
constantly changing lineup because of injuries
There's only so much one superstar can do to "make his teammates better".
Although he is a threat within 2 feet of the hoop and he dunks at at least 70%.
You've never played basketball. Just shut it.
I've watched plenty of Laker games to say that in the first half of the season, he was an integral part of the Laker's success.
First of all, you're wrong.

2) Defensive Intensity
LAKERS WHAT WHAT WHAT WHAT. HATERS FALL THE FUCK BACK.
These guys stepped up big:
AND YOU JUST HEARD IT FROM THE ALIEN, SAM CASSELL HIMSELF:
"And you know, Kobe Bryant, who is the best player on the planet right now."
oh well. oakland is gonna be crazzzzzzzzzzzzzzy! mavs dont want none of this!!!
whatever
Get some fresh pon-pons ready my dude.
LA is gonna come wit it the next game too.
WANNA WAGER????
Nope.
Amare "Fireball" Stoudamire?
but
Adelman looks like a Wes Anderson lead.
The Lakers suck. They just do.
Go Bulls.
K-O-B-E K-O-B-E K-O-B-E K-O-B-E K-O-B-E K-O-B-E !!!!!!!!
