    The melodies in that are all killer.  Verses, chorus, bridge, all could make other different hits on their own.  Maybe being old enough to hear it in it's original context spreads rose-coloured marmalade all over it for me, but Night Fever has bangers.

    I have checked out others from their catalogue but my boat remained unfloated.

    And I'm saying Maurice was the one with the most taste.  Apart from the balding mullet / chesthair combo.  Gotta have been the marching powder, right?

    Missed you on IG.  Good to see you back.

    I am still biking.  I was diagnosed with heart disease this year (no symptoms, just got checked when my dad passed with the same diagnosis) and they said I should have had a heart attack by now but the veins have kinda done their own bypass.  I put all that down to biking.  Kids watch your cholesterol, liver health is key.  Doesn't matter how much exercise you do, you can't get rid of bad cholesterol.

    Sorry to see the rat-faced weasel do the Samba Kings last weekend.  I think just too much shithousery in that game, nothing got started with the tactical fouling.  And I guess Messi deserves his International gong at long last.  He won't be around much anymore.

    Qatar is a colossal scam, bribed their way into hosting the tournament and will have all the atmosphere of the dark side of the moon, and I ain't talking Floyd.  Yet nobody cares.  I think England winning it is not possible.  The environment and the tactics are not conducive.

    This squad are not good enough at creating chances, it's been the elephant in the room since the last world cup and the team were exposed for what they are once more last night.

    Thank fuck it's over.  The media hype around the minutae of the England squad was getting unbearable.  Fucking "Sweet Caroline"... I couldn't be part of that, as a player or a fan, plus the fake patriotism... It's a slippery slope into excusing the government any accountability for their self-serving scheming under the veil of accusations of "Not being a team player"... thank fuck I can't kick a ball straight.
