Nobody wants to play in my weekly Monday night drop-in roller hockey game. Everyone is excited about the Caps. Theodore looked horrible last game...2 goals on 2 shots...and they both should have been routine saves. They announced that Varlamov is getting the start in Montreal which I would have done anyways. You think Theodore would have performed well up there against his former team at the Molson Centre with the crowd all amp-ed up? Real mind-fuck...

ha, same problem here, I have weekly 9:15 ice time booked tonight and I'm afraid 75% of the skaters will be home watching the Bruins game - hell, I wish I could although when it comes down to it I'd rather skate than just about anything. Here's hoping for a quick offensive outburst from the Bruins (hahaha) so that when I leave to play it will be a comfortable 4-0 lead in the second or something (hahaha)
Just got a call to sub in nets for some people on Wednesday. Habs game night = not doing it. Last week they managed 25 shots and 1 goal in 80 minutes...not worth it. Normally, i'd play hockey over watching it...but meh...
Th?o was never gonna play in MTL. He would've gotten eaten alive, and plus Boudreau doesn't really like him. If he hadn't gone on that streak, he never would've seen playoff action at all. Obviously, i'd rather he was their only goalie. The second goal he gave up, though, was a beauty shot from AK. That's not the goalie's fault. He can wire it when gets it off.
Anderson was really great last night. I've never really watched him.
