it is on some gated community shit. i am on my way to the airport but honestly this facebook sausage fest is not a worthy shield against jack shit, i have posted my picture in threads, helped get gigs for people, bought and sold records and instruments, and have had strutters come take photos of my collection and at parties and have put strutters into commercials, put them up at my house, real shit. i have relationships with people here that predate the internet age let alone the age of me being on here. this is a really great place for many reasons for real, but it's a mere speck on the map of my life with records/dj-ing etc. i know tons of people here irl and have forever, i was in sunday school since 3rd grade with Vitamins little sister, i grew up w Cosmo and Tripledouble is my dear old friend, i even dated a ss-er. i don't think this is going to make this a more record related place or a better board. i don't whine about having to wade through porn crap or threads about elementary shit that i already know. i even received a series of lewd messages from someone here unfortunately a while ago. i don't care, live life, just ignore it and keep marching. i'm really surprised at how people are just capitulating without at least expressing whether they concur with your theory that this detoxifies the spot or not. wouldn't it be better to just make good threads and be part of helping it to flow in the direction you want.
