b, 21b, 21It's a split LP put out by a "Record Club" based in NYC....the better of the two bands is Underground Railroad....apparently this was an attempt to get local bands signed to a major label contract...or maybe it was a scam?? ...I can't imagine there being more than a handful of copies in collections world wide.
