good summer liquor drink that's not too faggity?

I'm tired of rum. I mean, I want to fuck Mark Ronson too, but I'm not trying to express through my drink selections.

    squeeze some lime juice in there
    half a tray or so of ice
    gin or vodka
    tonic or soda water or flat water

    isnt this a "mojoito"

    Bourbon on ice or Gin and tonic. Swing by after work for a drink I have both.

    Maybe...a different version of it? I've never had a mojoito...I thought it would have tequila in it instead of gin or vodka and in the pictures they look like they have sugar or salt involved, too?

    Mojitos are made with light rum and sugar.

    I think I'll try your drink sometime soon.

    My roommate recently concocted this one that is good, if perhaps a little faggy:

    Put mint+Watermelon+ice+vodka in blender. Blend and drink.

    You can use basil or ginger in place of mint and it is still good.

    I can't drink whiskeys cold or with water - it totally ruins the taste for me.

    2 parts vodka
    1 part Southern Comfort
    1 part Amaretto
    equal parts OJ and pineapple juice
    splash of grenadine and lime juice

    Seems girly, but packs a kick!
