Mr. Shig, those are Wildwoods. I always loved those and never knew the name until I think BATMON hipped me right here on the strut. Your best and probably only bet on those is a saved search on the 'bay. I been looking for another pair. Awesome kicks, super comfy, stylish, and pretty unique.
Edit: Just saw above where you said 9.5. Here are some womens in size 11 which should translate to 9.5 in men's, but keep an eye out, you'll see better ones for a better price.
