I like your ideas. Your tracks are reminiscient of a particular indie-label producer that makes moody instrumentals with dramatic buildups (which we've joked about in the past)

I see you list Cool Edit Pro version 1.2 as the software that you use... would this be the final version before Adobe Audition? How do you like it? From what I hear you doing with it, either you are incredible with it or Cool Edit is incredible with you.

NIce chops on the breaks. It reminds me of Buck65's early stuff a little bit.
i think there were a couple other versions before audition. i remember i had a newer one for a bit but it lacked some of the features of my version, so i went back to the old one.
i started using wave lab and it's cool for editing/chopping, but when i want to rip a track from vinyl, i get these (digital) skips in the track. it's annoying as hell!
i used to use soundforge but when i got my new soundcard a while back it wasn't compatible w/ it or maybe it's something with my new settings, but i haven't been able to figure it out thus far.
any suggestions?
this used to happen with me too, sometimes it would even delay the recording at points so there would be half-seconds MISSING from whatever i just recorded. this was especially annoying when me and my friend used to multitrack stuff, because it would sync up till that happened, and the rest would be off.
the way i fixed it was getting a new soundcard...
