So I hear through one of my "moles" that Johnny got in a rare LP worth about $1,200 and priced it at $50.00
I know if I call him and offer to buy it he'll know something is up.
So I come up with a plan.....
I call Jonny and tell him a friend is gonna be in town for his Birthday and I want to give him a present of a $50.00 Gift Certificate to his store.
I find out what day Jonny is not gonna be at the store and I send one of my NY non-record buddies to the store for his "gift" and tell him to pick me up the $1,200 LP.
