I know there's a lot of 'em, but I found Hi-C's Skanless CD at the swap meet yesterday ($2!) and was reminded of this one:Hi-C - Yo Dick My other favorites include the Ghostface one, Lyte's "Paper Thin" and the Little Brother(?) song with a nice little chop. All-time favorite would have to be the Beatnuts' use of Monty Alexander's cover.Plaese to surprise me with some little-known, long-forgotten and/or "random rap" joints.Herm

    yeah I instantly thought of that Exile when I saw the thread title. P*t used that in a four turntable set we were doin and ever since I've been tryna score that record. Cmon J*sh, I don't even think Moist has his wmd's focused yet.

    Some nice work by my man RNS. Shiiieeet, I liked my own work with "Tomorrow's Dream" back in the day (nice and dirty off the 45rpm).

    Whew, that's back in the "Maxell 90 min tape" era. I'd be luck to fish that tape out from the "bottomless box of tapes" in the closet. It would probably take weeks to find. Back then, I'd make a whole tape of beats in one night, and bring it around to my MC heads. We'd then roll the l's, crack the 40oz, form the cipher, and pass the mic. I miss those days.
