I know its not Soundcloud, but I dont have enough room to upload this one. This one has a bunch of music from this year that I really dig and some joints from as far back as 1980.

Made this mix shortly after being told my dog would likely die in the next 6 months.  Pretty melancholy selection and no real mixing going on.

1 take, all 45s, mad re-issues ;) and a skip in there for good measure.  Was in a fuck-it mood at the time.

On the bright side determined shortly after it is not as dire as thought and he is still kicking going.

here´s a small mix of Rock-Steady from Honduras, most of this stuff is pretty scarce and widely unknown. As only very few people know, rocksteady was "bastante" popular in this central american country in the 60´s and 70´s, groups like Los Robbins, Silver Stars or Los Coseños shared stages with Jamaican greats like Derrick Harriott or the Kingstonians in those days, foremost in the costal departments of Cortes, Atlantida an Colon.

So take a sip and have a great and sunny sunday yall!

  • 10 minutes into this Honduran rocksteady... really brilliant. Thanks for shedding light on this obscure stuff.

Everybody Hates Disco 45's Mix Part 1
Terrible record company radio friendly edits.
    Stereo/Mono A/B mixes.
    So few breaks.
Nobody likes these 3.5 minute turds.
But who among us can resist their allure....especially when you find a huge collection out in the wild.
So I picked up about a 100 minty promos and proceeded to make a few mixes.
enjoy part 1. more to come.

This a real mixed bag, but the concept is that you're headed Into Jupiter, transiting across its 69 moons.  I had it basically done last month, and then they discovered two more moons goddammit... so had to add two more minutes!

Live Hip-Hop and R&B mix, most songs from the 90's, hosted by Wild Man Steve.
    All vinyl, no Serato.
There are a few skips and train-wecks in there, my bad, didn't really go through all the records before recording.
Found all these records on my lunch break over the last few months digging in dollar bins.
    Hope you enjoy.

Uggghhh....heres another one. These are terrible record company radio friendly edits. Stereo/Mono a/B mixes. So few breaks. Nobody likes these 3.5 minute turds....so i bought a djs entire collection and made a few mixes. A little trivia for you on this collection...it belonged to the once Mayor of the town of Parker CO who mustve lived quite an interesting life as a disco DJ before getting into politics. This mix is more a bit more funky and guitar driven.

    Enjoy!
