i hate to put something in a genre, but i would say some tracks are exotica/easy listening. "love potion no9" is one of the better tunes and i rate it with 2/10 points. if you see the record for a penny, cop it for the cover.

It's not authentic Latin music. No sense in beating around the bush; Herb Alpert and the TJB played middle-of-the-road lounge music, plain and simple. Nothing exotic or experimental here. THAT SAID...can't front on the cover.
