Turns out Martin Indyk, the man who ran John KerryÔÇÖs Israeli-Palestinian negotiations, cashed a $14.8 million check from Qatar this year. That's Hamas' chief backer, a modern-day slave-driving country and among the most corrupt governments on earth.
And you wonder why the "peace plan" Kerry presented looked like such a win for Qatar.
