First 60 minutes were painful to watch, equally weak as Portugal on their opening game, incidentally the crew they'll meet if they finish top of their group, so there is hope for a spot in the final 8 as the final half hour proved to be satisfying.
Seriously, that was 45' or the boringest soccer I have ever seen.

Both teams look like they learned the game out of a book. Never broke a perfect 4-4-2.

as high quality as the play has been today, putting up back-to-back double bagels is a bad look for the world cup. you can feel the air getting sucked out of the tourney.
Korea looked great until the last 20 minutes. They definitely out-played Russia from front to back. Fabio Cappello looking visibly shook the whole game was hilarious as well.
I can't remember a time that Mexico played this well. Que impresionante, El Tri! Brazil has the Goal difference on lock, though, and we'll see how well Mex does against the strong Croats next week.
Espn has a surprisingly good line up of analysts apart from Lalas. Dude talks as though he actually did something in the game. Totally biased too. Can't stand the bloke.
