NATAS KAUPAS
fuck you beat me to it...cosign like a motherfucker.
Dude is responsible for the way boards are shaped today.
and fuck the hatters, jon julio is one talented and motivated individual.
no doubt. And he is still one of the few cats that rock darkside.
PS - What's the hardest part about rollerblading? Telling your Dad you're
He could always get the high rails and the top sides with smooth style and sick accuracy. Personally, I admired alot of talented skaters/"rollerbladers" for individual moves but since my fav moves were any variation of the sit-down unity, anyone who pulled those nice got extra points.......did you/do you skate man?
i actually skated with jon julio one time when he was at shadyskates
hands down.
That dude could RIDE!
Mullen for innovation(needless to say!)
Kareem for the pure intensity & pop in his tricks.
And for all the post skating grown up types...why the hell aren't you still skating if you reminisce on it so much?
I don't let anything get in the way of my skating minus jobs, other creative endeavors, etc...
Tom Penny is on some other shit altogether.
my personal fav? paulo diaz.
BEST THREAD EVAR!
Oh, you mean taco neck??
I agree that Cabellero was dope, but in regards to style I dont remember him having any. I could be wrong, but I remember him just going huge at everything he did. Remember in the early 90s when Powell Perelta had their national televised big air competition? and he won by getting 13' on the vert ramp? I'll NEVER forget that.
what might be a taco neck to you is style to me sucka.
stop the hatting.
