Decent Wave Editor for Mac

I've switched to mac a while ago and mostly have been editing in Logic or Hardware samplers. Today I kinda felt sad not being able to use Wavelab anymore which is a killer editor imo.

I've tried Peak and Soundtracks on mac. Didnt like either of them. Peak seems great, the ui is terrible. Soundtracks is just a big mess making quick workflow impossible.

Any suggestions?

audacity is highly recommended, logic is a great wav editor though is there any reason you dont want to use it?

Bias Peak Pro is probably the best straight up wave editor for mac.. although I do agree that the UI takes some adjustment after coming from using Cool Edit Pro, Audition, or Sound Forge. It's still a great editor though.

I really don't like Audacity, but it is free.

Audacity isnt really something I'd enjoy using for a longer time.

Peak is kinda cool but chopping with shortcuts is no fun in it.
Logics editor is fine but then again I want to be able to move fast and have one dedicated window and app.

Mouse actions and shortcuts for the win, and the UI is very clean and easy to get used to
