  • Eh.... I hate nothing more than cheese... its smell alone makes me freak the F*ck out. Oddly enough though I eat pizza.... but if someone threw like shredded cheese on me i'd freak the F*ck out... I donno... I REALLY hate the smell of cheese. b,121b,121I respect the complexity of the flavors it can involve... my body just WONT let me near it... i gag bad.

    font class="post"1b,121b,121the oats blend pretty well i think, it depends on the liquid amount, i use about 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water. b,121it does come out pretty thick but very drinkable. img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/pasue23is.gif" alt="" 21b,121if i use more liquid, the oats tend to stay towards the bottom and i end up with a oat sludge i have to try and drinkb,121b,121i only drink this blend for braekfast. I have one scoop with some water and a piece of fruit PWO. i always eat a regular meal like 30 minutes before working out.
