MILK (yay or nay?)

I've been on a health kick for the last 4 months or so and I'm still trying to figure out a healthy alternative to cows milk. I drank Soy for a while and I like the taste but heard it's packed with estrogen which is NAGL. I'm currently on the Rice milk, but not sure it's much healthier then regular skim milk. I heard almond milk is the best, but I'm not sure where to find it.b,121b,121What's the deal?

    almond milk can be found in normal grocery stores, if you look outside the refrigerated areas. Typically by the coffee, well at least here it is. b,121b,121I just drink regular 2% milk, but its one of the few things i get which is organic.
