Heard it one time last night (was lit) and I dont remember much except it wasn't daft punk playing on Chicago's slaw alternative radio station Q101 at around 1:00 a.m.
The only people saying this are people that post up in the midst of a dance floor witht heir stiff selves. Recognize heat folls. Shit will destroy a dance floor or two this summer.

While this is most likely true (the killin dancefloors part), there's a huge difference between club bangers and good music. Sometimes they overlap, but in most cases i find they are mutually exclusive. Club bangers does not automatically equate to heat.
That being said, the mixtape was dope, not holding my breath for the album.
I expected to hate this. I mean I hated the daft punk track but some how this works? On paper it sounds like a disaster but somehow to my ears it works? Maybe its because I hang out with a lot of hipsters who are always playing lots of real horrible electro/pop/rap kind of stuff, so maybe this just sounds good in comparison to what I often hear.
I cant believe yall. First off, how is it just the daft punk track? the only thing im hearing even from that song is the vocals.
Secondly, if you are hating on this shit then i just dont know what else is doing it for you. It will grow on you, trust me. Personally i think its a pretty amazing song.

It's SoulStrut--dudes on here get geeked over schitt like Sean Price.
I don't know man. I am not fucking with the sample... so the beat kinda doesn't do it for me. 'Ye is 'Ye... not much different from his other stuff. I don't mind his rapping. Sometimes I have a little chuckle at a line... it's not great... definitely not the worst... but yeah man I can't really fuck with the beat. I'm not saying it's really terrible, I just don't really dig it.
