The single funniest moment was when dude said something like "If you frequented Sound Library as you claim to, then you would know that there is already a crew called Soul Purpose".

Never lost it's thunder even after 20 pages....which is saying something since most every 20+ page threads are the epitome of NAGL. It's what started the RealHeadz forum I believe and excluded anbody that didn't pay....which started the "i pay to post here." I love it when one event here at soulstrut prompts dozens of inside jokes.
The original Real Headz was invite only. I thought the "pay to post here" was before that thread. The "pay for real headz access" only started when Raj needed money to keep soulstrut going / import marble for the strut palace.

didn't the forum start after people complained about the traffic/bandwidth of puting the multiple soul/ funk mp3 links on the regular forum. So only people with over 1000 posts could see it?

Man, come on. I was trying to link free jazz in general with rap. I admit the connection is tenuous, but there is a continuum of music in America. From blues, r&b, funk and through various approaches to jazz (including free) that inform contemporary music. Just trying to get you guys not to wholly dismiss free jazz. I'm sure Day went out the next day and bought Black Ark.
Then, some other time, I rode for TFA as an influential record. People have done worse.

BTW, for the record, the vague and menacing "I be seeing people out in the world" threat was issued to me, not by me. I am still living in a constant state of high anxiety to this day.

My favorite was "Popeyes Favorite sides" the funniest part was when someone admitted to getting diarrhea five times from eating at popeyes chicken. After the first two times of getting diarrhea why would you go back three more times?
Another I loved was just story but funny. "The Sween" telling the story when he went to the bank with a jar of coins. Funny shit happened when he dropped the coins and the tellers were scrambling around trying to pick each coin up. What made it even more funny he posted photos of it.
There was another thread about bathroom etiquette (courtesy flushing). I never laughed so hard!!
