edit: this was the siah and yeshua record.
though Self Scientifik's "Bandwidth Exceeded" is also a classic in it's own right.
I loved the beats on this when it came out.
REED SEED RAER
Does this still go for loot?
East Flatbush Project
That first Freddie Foxxx 12" w/ Primo, although the angry old man schtick became tiresome quickly
YOU GOT A BETTER CHANCE OF KICKIN DOWN A TREE WITH NO LEGS
All City "The Actual" b/w "Priceless"
...WHILE DOING A HANDSTAND ON TWO EGGS
I think I'll be giving it a spin tonight.
There was another 12" w/ different rappers on it... it didn't really make an impression on me.
hell to the no.
and i used to be a fan....(no phat laces)
are we talking about albums or just 12". very few albums would make my list, but there are still a handful of singles that hold weight.
I couldn't get past Apani's voice....
Co-Flo - Vital Nerve
Natural Resources - Bum Deal
Mass Influence
Various Blends (is that right??? the group with Rasco)
though Im biased:
J-Live
Mood Swingaz
Siah & Yeshua da poED
Alpha-Proof
I've been trying to figure that out lately as well. You'd expect it to, no reissue, no CD issue (to my knowledge), and pretty limited pressing (being fondle 'em and all). I remember it going from $50-100 years ago. Haven't seen it in a while.
Yeah dude did three or four other 12s, but nothing really lived up to that record. As I understand it, the long awaited full length is set to drop this year.
Oh well, I guess just releasing singles wasn't a bad idea.
"Visualize"?
I actually saw a Rawshack 12" at the Salvation Army near my apartment recently... although it was not a title that I recognized.
If there were no instrumental on "Tried By 12," I'd never have bought it. Their rhymes really did not do that beat justice.
More like 11...
more like 10.
