In Chicago, seems like most of the pizzas are made by Mexicans. Sure they might be Italian recipes but it's Mexicans slaving in the kitchen. I even worked in a few spots and it was always a bunch of illegals running the kitchen. I think it's more the ingredients and recipes than who's putting into the oven.
