I'm not endorsing this in any way, but this is your brazilian (mainly São Paulo, but other places do it too) street style hot dog:



if you get it with the works, it usually means 2 hot dogs, cheese, mashed potato, peas, corn, mayo, ketchup, tomato/tomato sauce, and crispy potato sticks on top
