Listening to Beats, Rhymes, Life on the way home from work (got off early, bitches!) and after 9.5 years I think it has aged quite well. name some others from 95, 96 that have or have not...

People really hate on that album, but I always liked it.

I think people expect midnight or low end part 2 (or at least try to compare it to those two). It is definitely different and not as classic, but still a solid, solid album in it's own right.
An album from 95 (I think) that has aged incredibly well and is Ummah related is Keith Murray's Enigma. A lot of those Ummah productions from then have aged well. Bush Babee's what?
Stakes is High?
Black Cowboys? (okay, I'm playin' on that one....)
That album is a terd
It's hard for me to think of HH albums from 95/96 that I still rock that aren't Wu-related.
Summer classic? You must have lived through some wack summers.
And Phife sounded horrible on this record.
Hughe Madsen?
OOOOH IT IS ON.
Phife sounds horrible on EVERY record...
BTW, BRL = cool shit. Not classic but still cool. Solid listen...

What???? when was the last time you heard Phife was sloppy?
I love that Busta Rhymes album, and I just recently picked up Realms & Reality. Great album.

faux, what albums were you listening to in 95? D'angelo-brown sugar?
Yes, I did own and enjoy Brown Sugar in '95.
And what were you jamming to during those storied summers of '95 and '96, TheMack?
^^^^^^^^Not a real tribe fan
A solid listen if you enjoy elevator rap
Sorry, i'll get in real Tribe fan mode now, here goes...
I agree, this album is doo-doo, it's all about Midnight Marauders or Low End Theory and maybe People's Instinctive Travels, after that they didn't even deserve a listen!
you're thinking of the q-tip/korn collabo from amplified, an album faux holds in high esteem.
but yeah BR&L is pretty much garbage.
Thank you
ass butter.
