Not to hijack but I just found out this minute Im getting the aptartment I waneted. 1400 for 2 bedroom in a pre-WW2 brownstone with wood parquet floors, washer/dryer, dishwasher, parlor dining room, garden views from bedrooms, french full length windows that look out onto Sunset Park which is right across the STREET!! NO FEE!

    Hoorray for new owners and new renters as well!! Three cheers!!

    Congrats. Norhtside is a nice family oriented neighborhood. A friend of mine bought a house out the a couple years back. Really affordable too.

  • Damn, word up! I suggest making one room a "listening room" with records, a cieling fan and music related artwork.
