I'd say Milton is pretty tepid outside of a couple tracks. Valle on the other hand had some great albums that make up for his later garbage.

I love the Byrds, but their prime years, to me, were 1965-68. For the most part, they could do no wrong. By 1969, they were still good, but starting to slide a little. Not fond of their 1970's recordings at all. -
