Co-sign on the signal chain. It's never better than the weakest link. The better the stylus, pre-amp and AD-converters, the better the high and lo-end of the soundfiles. If you're just going to transfer them to mp3, it's probably no biggie, but if y…

Has anyone compared the new Final Cut 2 to serato? Is serato still the best? I got to test the numark cdx tables, and they were really good, so I'm not sure what I'd go for yet. Any recommendations? And has any of you had harddrive problems? Do you…

I just saw "Ninja in a dragons den", and they used parts of the barbarella OST. Pretty funny, since the movie is from the early 80's. Dobermancop has a pretty funky score too. Was the soundtrack ever officially released? Both of these are Japanese t…

I got myself a pair of custom made earplugs. They cost you a bit, but that's a small price to pay for hearng after 35. They have a pretty linear frequency cutoff, so everything just sounds about 15db lower. You can also get earplugs with built in m…

The cult videotek in Amsterdam is really dope. They had all sorts of rare as f movies. They had exploitation genres of whatever thing you could think of. I ended up getting acouple of rare stuff they pressed up themselves. Getting rare euro movies i…
