Rock where do you live? You consistently pull the best looking shit -- there's nothing you've thrown up over the past couple of months that I wouldn't have purchased myself. Mad jelly over here.
How/what is that "Songs of Music" by Patti somebody? I was examining that but couldn't pull the trigger.
Patti Ricker...........has a Dylan cover so you know you could have gotten 100X trade at worst....but it's decent solo folk and rare as hell.....thanks for not pulling the trigger.....I was in bed sick for almost 2 weeks with a viral infection and when I hit the spots on Saturday they were filled with good stuff.

Oops! Must not've known the Dylan tune on there or I woulda scooped it. But really it's getting so hard nowadays to find a record that D*ve will actually let you leave the store with. You know he won't even let go of 12"s anymore because he heard somewhere that there's one that's worth money? L#ke's devastated!
The Al Cobine is my only notable find this month so far. found it next to a battered copy of Whalefeathers' self titled. The Whalefeathers was too beat to bring home. Pardon the crappiness of the pic.
^^les fantaisistes was basically a let down, but id call it a half tracker because there is one song that has a cool part.
thats the 'when the papes come' classic tribe 12
^^ brewster and colin doubles. in disguise has some moves acc to my quick needle drop. but we'll see.
^^ "Chuckie T" had good sense, didnt play his white label soul children. had a bit of a white whale going with the 1st press Dr John.
^^ voice-o-graphs made at a booth at an amusement park in the 50s. basically 2 kids joking and arguing and trying to sing crooner songs, pretty funny.
^^ finally another bob and gene for my incomplete modo set. and its the "title track" to the never released album that daptone finally put out. key and cleary are IMO just as cool as bob and gene, but stranger writing style and arrangements.
japanese libraries have some dope shit....really hot cover of watermelon man, shaft......the blues LP has some dope samples, pretty lame after 2 nice intros
solar flares was a a cheap scoop...reissue unfortunately..escorts, Takayuki Inoue Band - sunrise has a few nice moments and break, drum session, beatles jap OG red vinyl on odeon

What's the deal with this one? I found this a few weeks ago and haven't given it a second thought.
It has a pretty sick version of Ain't No Sunshine. His other record is semi-serious money.

funky lounge jazz, definitely worth a listen or two. as hcrink/leon said, "nobody knows" is the real bread winner.
Until I got this I only knew it to exist as a promo.
