    Edited: Nevermind. I only knew the Straight Outta Compton LP version without anything ressembling a whistle. Now I heard the other version with that sound. Don't know what it is and don't like that other version.

    This is the real one IMO.

    BTW, the differences between the OG and Extended mix is similar to the differences in these two mixes:





    In both cases, I've preferred the extended versions of both songs.

    Several of Dre's beats from that time had a Bomb Squad influence, e.g. "100 Miles And Running".
    I'm not mad either, he put his own twist to it.
