    Gentleman does not fall into this category. Although white and from Cologne - his real name being Tillmann Otto - he is well respected in Jamaica, was one of the first white reggae artists to perform there and has radio airplay and is HUGE with the reggae community around the world...also other soundsystems from Europe are no joke when it comes to dancehall culture...you really have to have something going to do stuff like this:

    Gentleman? For example when in Africa, chillin' in downtown Kampala at the Royal Inn (24h Reggae bar) at 7 in the morning with Rasta Joe and the crew. Go figure...

    Everything in Sticky Dojah's post is correct. Gentleman is a highly respected (and respectful) artist in Jamaica.

    First off Snow doesn't have locks or profess rasta ideology in his music.

    Second the Jamaica public were very accepting when he was living and recording out here in the 90's see Penthouse Records for reference.

    Third how can you have no knowledge of who the great Half Pint is and feel you can clown on false rastas?
