Damn Rodney those videos are sick.

Damn I haven't thought about graf in years, lost touch with a friend who schooled me on it. Things really have changed. I haven't been to any of the classic spots in the Bay in about 3 years but as of then there were STILL parts of his work visible if you knew about some of the wilder spots. Ain't no one going over that.

Some tribute pieces from the past few years around the Bay:

    Rest in peace.

This is very timely as I was just digging through some old rolls of film from the early 90's yesterday that had some of his pieces, along with sick Dug One and Spie and Kid Krush and Twist stuff. I now live a block from the old Psycho City where he once had some amazing shit up before Frank bitchass Jordan painted over almost all of it.

    RIP King Dream TDK

I remember how blown away by the graffiti in the Bay when I moved there on 1990. Dream was, to me, the most high in the scene. Also Spie, Vogue, twist, etc. They were the Gods.

Everybody I know got chased or beat by the po po but compared to elsewhere it almost seemed legal. Don't play in E Oakland, though. I got some stories from when I worked in Seminary. Woo!
