So the text messages Tiger Woods sent to one of his mistresses have been published on said mistress's site.The most shocking revalation is that Tiger wont eat turkey unless its in a club sandwich.Whats with the Turkey hatred? i find it to be a deliciously succulent bird,far superior to chicken.     Dont get me worng, im a fan of the worlds most popular bird, but to consider chicken superior to turkey is fowl.

    (sorry, had to do that)

    Turkeys flavour (with a 'U', thats how its spelt) is deeper, and whilst i have cooked a roast chicken at least once a week for the last few years, (i have three carcasses in the freezer now, ready to be tuned into stock) I do consider turkey to be a better bird.

    maybe its the size, maybe its because of the association with celebration whilst chicken is a daily food, but a well cooked turkey roast is a meal to be treasured.

    I worry for Tiger.
