    pull out beard hairs, smoke cigs and weed, pace around, stop feeding my cat, leave angry messages, write angry letters to newspapers and company heads -- I actually just wrote a 3page letter to the CEO of Verizon, because due to their shitty phone help line, I punched a wall and fucked up my hand. They suck so hard.
