b, 21b, 21Nah, there are ways of statistically arriving at an accurate number for the total number of people with HIV/AIDS. Then you just use the rather easily obtained, via medical records, info detailing how many people have been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS.

b, 21b, 21It's not a survey, it's an ongoing study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. They monitor HIV infections and who is undergoing treatment and then create a statistical model to predict HIV diagnoses nationwide.

i thought this was a joke... who would even considder this as a birth control method???b, 21b, 21My wife has one of those implants in her arm that gives hormons into the blood stream. Same thing as the anti baby pill but without the pill. b, 21b, 21this is really true, i work with some younger dudes and one of 'em recently got a one time hook up pregant and he is due to be a daddy in a few months... good job, jr... b, 21b, 21it seems like kids 25 or under don't fear AIDS like kids growing up in the 80's did, when you heard about people dying from it every day... just from being exposed to that at such a young age, i was terrified of it...b, 21b, 21now, AIDS is hardly talked about or seen, and i hate to say it, but with people living their lives with it, it's not in our scare tactic media anymore... i mean, MAGIC JOHNSON STILL ALIVE is not really a headline... b, 21b, 21re: abstinence teaching... check out the palin family...
What's worse than young people my age who don't think AIDS is a big threat are those who are completely ignorant of the causes and symptoms, despite that such information is available at the fingertips of almost anyone in the developed world. Several years ago, I once dated a girl for an understandably short time who once gave me a late night, drunken, teary eyed phone call thinking that a rash on her arm meant that she had the disease (I wear a condom every time without fail). She said that she thought it was due to her sharing a water bottle with her gay friend. Her parents were the strict, sheltering type, so I could understand where that line of thinking came from. Unbelievable.
I have been with my partner for 11yrs and has worked for us.
