    dude seemed honest enough, quick replies to pms, excuses so on, said he wouldnt dispute a chargeback ect... all of the sudden when it comes to getting a refund, no response at all.... NAGL!!!

    BTW, have you filed a claim with Paypal? You're in Europe, right? So it should be easy for you to say it never got there and if it wasn't sent via confirmed mail or whatnot you should be ok.

    b, 21b, 21yeah, I was going to do that today actually, told the dude that my patience was running out and that I would file a chargeback today (monday 17th nov) if it still hadnt arrived...never filed one before, now I learn I passed the 45 day limit for paypal chargebacks... daaamn!
